I started The Kagan Corporation in 1995 by buying and successfully renovating homes throughout the Dallas area. Having re-designed and sold many homes through the years, I noticed that most of the urban development that is taking place, especially in uptown, reflected soaring prices and a lack of quality modern/contemporary design. That was the catalyst for designing the Dwellings.

Our Passion is designing, planning and building distinctively modern single family homes and multi-family living environments. Offered at affordable pricing, we are committed to the art of style, comfort and space expressed through modern architectural residential design.

For the Dwellings, I strive to offer a level of customized amenities you would not typically find at this price or design level: Privacy. Open floor plans. Real hardwood flooring. Granite and marble finishes. Stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. Spacious closets and storage. Private balconies and yards. Security. And of course, great design.

The area east of Oak Lawn, Dallas EastEnd, is where numerous multi-family Dwellings are located. This vibrant new area is quickly becoming a focal point for other developers and businesses which gives Dallas EastEnd the appeal of being a solid investment.

My goal is simple: Always offer affordable modern design. Always design a product that is different from others you might see. Always stretch the boundaries. Always build each residence as if I would live there myself.
